Personal Trainer turned Competitive Bodybuilder Natasha Cruse earned a Bronze medal in her debut Bodybuilding Competition.

Cruse, who was sponsored by Animal Instinct for the event, was happy to even be at the competition in the first place, and never expected to end the day on the podium.

She told Animal Instinct;

"Going into the competition I was already content with a participation medal so to come 3rd in my first ever show and that show be PCA, I was completely overjoyed".

Preparation for the competition took its toll on Natasha, as she told us that her 5 month prep was "the most extreme prep I've ever undertaken".

Her commitment to her craft cannot be overlooked, as she told us about the sacrifices she made heading into the competition.

"I found that it did change my social life as I had to accommodate for what I could eat or how much time I could spend in one place".

Natasha now looks ahead to her next competition this Saturday 16th September, where she will compete in the UKUP World Cup in Milton Keynes.
